Individual Consultancy Services Invitation to Submit an Offer as a National Consultant for the Public Health Emergency Operation Centre (PHEOC) focusing on Khartoum state, Federal EOC and White Nile state Procurement reference No: GF/IC/22/048 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office Sudan is currently implementing a C19RM project that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document and in the attached TORs. The National consultant shall work with the Federal Ministry of Health, Emergency Operation Centre to support the State level Emergency Operation Centre in building the capacity of emergency preparedness and response. Based in Khartoum Sudan, the National Consultant shall travel frequently to the target State to deliver services described in the TORs. Period of assignment/services is for 140 working days starting on 1 April to 30 October 2023, subject to the date of contract signing.
