Tenders are invited for National Institutional Consultancy to Conduct Study to Assess Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (Kap) among School Administrations, Parents and Primary School Students on Healthy Nutrition

LRPS-2024-9190263 form is to be filled out and submitted together with a detailed budget proposal in BAM without VAT.

Technical proposals should be submitted in the English language. The proposals must be mailed to the address: UN House, UNICEF, Zmaja od Bosne bb, 71 000 Sarajevo and delivered in two separate sealed and marked envelopes (one envelope containing only the technical proposal printed out and saved on a USB and the other envelope with the financial proposal printed out) by 10 June 2024 at 14:00 hrs with the remark: RFP no. 002/2024 - National Institutional Consultancy to conduct Study to assess knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) among school administrations, parents and primary school students on healthy nutrition

Important:

Please note that the technical offer (printout and USB) should not have any data on the budget, i.e. the financial aspect of the offer (this should be exclusively stated in the financial offer envelope only). Company contact details including e-mail should be written on both envelopes. The offer will be invalidated if the USB or technical part of the offer contains any details related to the budget. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
