THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to solicit quotations for monthly testing services in order to maintain the USDA-s recent National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit; the testing site is located in Stoneville, Mississippi.Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the USDA intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around April 26, 2024. Quotes will be due on or around May 17, 2024. The Government anticipates issuing the RFQ set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Service sand the associated Small Business Size Standard is $19 million.Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of a quote. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.SAM.gov.
All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury-s Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP).
