Description
The NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCI Agency) has issued a Request for Informaton (RFI) regarding the availability of solutions that will addres the deduplication of data items in preparation for archiving.
This in an RFI ONLY. This RFI does not constitute a current Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a commitment to issue a future RFP. The NCI Agency will not accept unsolicited proposals in respect to this RFI.
Responses shall in all cases include the name of the firm, telephone number, e-mail address, designated Point of Contact, and a NATO UNCLASSIFIED description of the capability available and its functionalities. Responses shall also include any restrictions (e.g. export controls) for direct procurement of the various capabilities by NCI Agency. Non-binding pricing information is also requested.
The Summary of Requirements and Questionnaire are attached. The NCI Agency-s reference for this RFI is RFI-CO-115878-DATA, and all correspondence and submissions concerning the RFI should include this reference.
Do NOT submit your RFI response to the Department of Commerce. Please send your response to the attention of Mr Graham Hindle - email: graham.hindle@ncia.nato.int - with a copy to Ms. Gracja Jablonska - email: Gracja.jablonska@ncia.nato.int Responses must be received no later than 17:00 Brussels time on 05 April, 2023.
Service demonstrations are not foreseen during this initial stage. The NCI Agency reserves the right to invite respondents to explain both their pricing information and their approach with an online session to be arranged when responses have been received and analysed, which is expected in April - May 2023.
Respondents are requested to await further instructions after their submissions and are requested not to contact directly any NCI Agency staff other than the POCs identified above.
