The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is pleased to announce its 2025 Small Business Industry Day (SBID) to be hosted, 8 - 9 January 2025 from 8:00a.m. EST to 4:00p.m. EST. This year-s theme is “Expanding Naval Capabilities with Agile Small Business Solutions”.
EVENT LOCATION: VTG, 1100 New Jersey Avenue S.E., Room 400, Washington, DC 20003
BACKGROUND: NAVSEA is the largest of the Navy's five system commands. With annual contract obligations over $52 billion, NAVSEA accounts for one quarter of the Navy's procurement spend. The NAVSEA SBID will provide a targeted forum for interested small businesses to hear from senior Navy leadership, Program Executive Offices (PEO's) and Directorates about various NAVSEA programs, facilitating an enhanced understanding of NAVSEA-s programs and strategic direction and providing for prime and subcontracting opportunities for small businesses.
