The purpose of this Amendment is to update Section A, remove clause 52.212-5 and add 52.212-5 Deviation, add Statementof Work, CDRLS and provide Question and Answers Document and extend the closing the closing date to 3.31.25 @5:00PMEastern Standard Time.

Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 27 February 2025. Solicitation N0042125Q1021 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Unrestricted Full and Open Competition for High Impact shock testing utilizing a barge Floating Shock Platform (FSP) as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
