Nc State Clean Transportation Division Of The Nc Clean Energy Technology Center (Hereafter Referred To As “Nccetc”) Seeks Proposals From Qualified Contractors (Hereafter Referred To As “Vendors” Or “Contractors”) To Provide/Perform A Marketing Agency That Provides Complete Production, Filming, And Editing Of Two 30-Second Public Service Announcements (Hereafter Referred To As “Ads” Or “Psas”) For Both Television And Radio. One Psa Will Be For Radio And The Other For Tv. They Are Expected To Be Mostly The Same Content Though Slight Changes To The Audio Might Be Necessary For The Radio Psa Versus The Tv Version. These Psas Support The Outreach Requirements For The Clean Fuel Advanced Technology Project (Cfat), Funded By The N.C. Department Of Transportation. The Ads Will Focus On Highlighting The Benefits Of Electric Vehicles.
