Quotation are invited for Network Managed Service.

The service provider shall provide Network Managed Service to ensure availability and optimal usage for the GGGI HQ and Songdo Network. To ensure the availability of the Network, the service provider shall provide:
-Initial Assessment - Evaluate all technology and correct any issues in the system while setting up the system for monitoring and alerting
-Asset Tracking - Track all hardware and software inventory connected to the network
-Proactive monitoring of the network and server environment, including monitoring of all network equipment listed in Annex D.
-Hardware and Appliance warranty & license coordination, incl. monitoring of expiration and installation, configuration, and deployment of warranty replacement hardware of all network equipment listed in this document.
i) In case of hardware failure, the Service Provider provides the temporary device until the replacement comes according the timeframe of the Service Level Agreement (Annex E)
-Quarterly strategic planning meeting (on-site), incl. project planning and guidance Maintaining proactive security functionality
-Monthly reporting of network and management meetings (on-site), including the service level reports according to the Service Level Agreement (Annex E)
-Remote service desk support
i) Receive, resolve and close inbound break/fix, support, and maintenance service requests
ii) Attempt to resolve issues through client interaction or using support tools onsite or remotely for GGGI
iii) Identify appropriate solution point for hardware, software, and network issues.
iv) Respond and resolve all incoming issues according to the timeframe defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) .

Network Managed Services will be required commencing on 1 November 2022until 31 October 2025.
