The purpose of this market is to build a wastewater treatment plant for 1, 200 EH in Neuvillers (Municipality of Libramont) described below and more widely detailed in chapters II and III "Technical clauses" and "Description", such as they fall under "conventional sectors" in execution of the royal decree of April 18, 2017.
