Gjesdal municipality, in collaboration with Algard Football Club, invites you to an open tender according to the regulation's parts I and II regarding the rehabilitation of the 11-a-side artificial grass pitch at Algard Stadium (Algardsheia 27). The current synthetic turf track was new in 2014 and is now ready for replacement (ref attached condition reportst from the NFF).Gjesdal municipality and Algard Football Club want the new artificial grass pitch not to have loose fill material containing plastic as a result of a new EU restriction that prohibits the sale of this from 17.10.13. Brief about the procurement The procurement involves: Removal of existing artificial grass cover with associated infillllLapping of old pad (if necessary). Laying of new artificial grass cover and associated infill. New necessary equipment to be able to carry out optimal maintenance of the track (year-round operation).ntet. Option 2: Installation of the necessary minimum equipment for an irrigation system so that one does not have to make physical interventions on the new artificial grass field in case of later installation of such an irrigation system. Option 3: Installation of a complete irrigation system. It is desirable that the tenderer should propose anyvoluntary work which can reduce the total price, but which cannot affect guarantees. The contract must be entered into in accordance with NS 8406 Planned start of execution is 2 April 2024. All offers must be submitted electronically via EU-Supply, www.mercell.no within the offer deadline. Offers received too late will be rejected.
