On the former site of the AustrianIn the federal forests in the south of the municipality of St. Johann im Pongau, various functions are to be combined into a new multifunctional center, the so-called "MIKADO St. Johann", on the southern edge of the town. These functions are: a kindergarten with 6 groups, a toddler care centera total of 10 groups, a senior day center for 20 people, an office wing with workstations and training areas for the aid organization's employees, a commercial kitchen, a general practitioner's office, an underground car park with around 100 parking spaces, common rooms, the legally requiredspecified outdoor facilities for the children's facilities and the requirements for above-ground logistics. All of these functions should be interwoven into a whole on the property in an exemplary manner, whereby the individual parts should be connected in an exemplary manner, both individually and to one another.
