ISSUE DATE 06 March 2025 - CLOSING DATE 20 March 2025 - 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and make a single or multiple awards of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Connector and Receptacle Assemblies that will be used to complete more than 50 different types of outboard submarine and surface ship sonar cable assemblies. These connectors will be used for various systems at NSWC Crane. We will satisfy these requirements through the use of a Blanket Purchase Agreement program whereby several qualified vendors receive a 5-year BPA allowing them to supply parts on an as-needed basis. This acquisition method has proven to be the most efficient and least administratively burdensome during the procurement process. NSWC Crane will solicit and issue new 5-year BPAs to guarantee the ability to meet customer needs. The BPAs will be established using a program total ceiling of $2, 500, 000.00, with an individual call limit of $250, 000.00 (contingency requirements $750, 000.00).

The intent of this solicitation is to award 50% set aside for small business and 50% set aside for large business dependent on the requirement.

This notice will not result in a contract. A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring services on an as needed basis from qualified and available sources. Individual calls or orders will be solicited among BPA holders based on capabilities of the respondents.

Incorporated in this solicitation are an agreement-level Statement of Work and BPA instructions. Order level requirements typically involve a Statement of Work and government-owned drawings.
