The municipal real estate company Wyk auf Foehr intends to build the new AquaFoehr with a spa center with a total gross floor area of approx. 9, 875 m2 in Wyk auf Foehr.
The new AquaFoehr building is intended to provide families, individual travelers, spa guests and locals with a holistic and unique experience and sport all year round, recreation and spa treatment on the North Sea island of Foehr in the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site, as a unique opportunity to bind tourism for the future and thus sustainably secure the economy and the job market on the island. The subject of this award is ready-to-use and turnkey constructionand equipping the new building of the AquaFoehr and the Kurmittelhaus by a general contractor. In addition, the general contractor should take over the complete implementation planning of all planning trades. The implementation planning is based on a basic and master plan with functional service descriptionsg on.
The project is to be publicly funded by the state of Schleswig-Holstein. The municipal real estate company Wyk auf Foehr has submitted the funding application to the state of Schleswig-Holstein. The state of Schleswig-Holstein has not yet approved the funding at this point.
Upgrand the complexity of the project and the effort involved in preparing the offer, compensation is to be paid for offers that are not commissioned, provided that they are submitted completely, on time, in a professional manner and in the correct form.
