It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:

New construction of a modular daycare center in Affing-Bergen - Property planning for outdoor facilities, service phases 1-9 in accordance with § § 38 ff. HOAI

DThe municipality of Affing intends to use the property on land no. 882 and 881/3 in the Affing-Muehlhausen district, Gloggerberg 1, to expand the existing Bergen daycare center by 2 kindergarten groups and 2 creche groups. A total usable area of approx. 885 m2 can be realized.

The reasonpiece of hallway no. 881/3 west of the daycare center was not completely built up at that time. This part of the property is currently separated by a fence and is approximately 1.70 - 2.00 m higher. The partial area is within the building boundaries.

The extension should be built due to urgencyIt is created in the so-called modular construction method. The modular design offers the possibility of quick processing. The height of the building should be based on the existing building (2 full floors).

Environmentally friendly and sustainable construction should have a high priority.

Currentis based on total costs (KG 200-700, DIN 276) i. H.v. approx. € 5.2 million gross.

The milestones for implementing the project stipulate:

- Start of work: June 2024

- Start of construction: Spring 2025

- Completion: Q1 2026
