Comprehensive training for our staff is essential to ensure smooth operation. The supplier will also provide ongoing helpdesk support and maintenance to guarantee the system's reliability. Currently, our libraries use RFID technology with tags embedded in all loanable items. However, the existing system has reached the end of its useful life, making an upgrade essential.
