New construction of primary school northwest: Landscaping work BA2

Demolition and earthworks:

- approx. 1, 200 m2 of land clearance;

- approx. 1, 000 m2 demolition of asphalt surfaces;

- earthworks and trenches for electrical and lightning protection work;

Redesign of the school's outdoor facilities (approx 16.000 m2):

- Paving areas as lounge areas (approx. 3, 300 m2 asphalt, approx. 600 m2 natural stone paving, approx. 400 m lawn paving) as well as for pedestrian and car/motorcycle access;

- Installations (staircases, approx. 120 pcs .Precast concrete parts, signage, guidance system, handrails, railings, equipmentteahouses with green roofs);

- fencing (approx. 380 m of wire mesh fence including gate systems);

- vegetation areas (approx. 9, 800 m2 of lawns/seeds, meadows, perennials/ground cover and shrub areas) and approx. 65 tree plantings including anchoring, completion and development maintenance.;

Revisedrenovation of the school sports facilities:

- approx. 4, 100 m2 grass sports field including irrigation system, lining, youth and football goals as well as approx. 250 m ball stop fence, ;

- approx. 500 m2 all-weather plastic pitch including lining, long jump facility, football goals with basketball structure and approx. 60m ball stop fence;
