This assignment is an occasional joint assignment. The contracting authority conducts the procedure and also performs in the name of: - Municipal administration Melle, Gemeenteplein 1, 9090 Melle. From 01/01/2025 the legal personality of the contracting authority can change as a result of the merger of the municipalities of Merelbeke and Melle. However, this merger has no influence whatsoever on the way in which the assignment is designed and cannot give rise to any compensation claim from the contractor.
