- Stateful firewall, VPN, wireless, high availability, firewall RED
- Intrusion Prevention (IPS), Sophos x-Ops threat feeds, SO-RED Device Management, Security Heartbeat.
- Web security and control, application control, including synchronized application control, and web malware protection.
- Machine learning, sandboxing file analysis, and threat intelligence.
- SO-WAN VPN Orchestration, CFR Advanced
- DNS Protection
- 24/7 Sophos support and feature updates
2. Maintenance support
2.1 Provide quarterly hardware and software health checks, which include:
a. System and security updates and upgrades
b. Fine tune, correct and/or enhance as may be needed to address IPOPHL
security requirements
c. CorrecUfix any system problems
