The selected specialist should conduct a comprehensive preliminary study of the organization's activities, including the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT-analysis), as well as evaluation of current programs and resources. On the basis of the data obtained, the specialist will organize and hold a strategic session with the involvement of key stakeholders, during which the priority areas of development and strategic goals of the organization will be determined. According to the results of the strategic session, the specialist will prepare a comprehensive strategy for the development of the organization, which will include specific tasks, performance indicators and implementation plan.
