Description: On the Core Facility Genomics (CFG) of clinical genetics in the AMC there is a need for a sequencer that, in a short time, is able to generate reliable reads longer than 400bp and can meet the need for expansion diagnostics Pathology.desired for different purposes, including transcriptom analysis and the NOVO sequencing. Longer Reads give increased reliability with these methods, used by various leading laboratories on the AMC.- The sequencer to be purchased must be suitable for implementationFrom molecular pathological tests on tumor tissue and cfdna.
