Research-Based Knowledge And Newly Developed Tools That Work Towards Addressing These Priorities And Resolving These Challenges Facilitate The Criminal Justice Community-S Ability To Enforce The Law, Promote Public Safety, Prevent And Reduce Crime, And Ensure Fair And Impartial Administration Of Justice.
