This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective 22 May 2024. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey - Forest and Rangeland Ecosystems Science Center of Corvallis, OR requires a mercury analyzer as described by the attached Salient Characteristics. Proposals must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Corvallis, OR 97331.
