Description

The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Monohull Design Research Vessel Purchase, as described in the Statement of Need.All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds.This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 441222. The small business size standard is $40M.

The base period of performance of this requirement is from Time of Award through December 31, 2024.Any questions related to this notice shall be submitted by email no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on February 14, 2024.
