Notice is hereby given by the City of Maple Ridge (“City”) of its intent to award a contract to Granicus Canada Holdings ULC in the estimated annual amount of $120, 305 plus PST & GST for AMANDA user software licensing.
The AMANDA Land Management System is the City-s permits and licensing system for managing land development, building permits and more. Granicus is the supplier for the AMANDA system, which requires annual software user licensing. This NOI shall automatically extend annually for the duration in which the City continues to use AMANDA software.
The City did not call for competitive bids and intends to directly award this contract for the following reason:
1. Granicus develops, sells, maintains and supports AMANDA Land Management System.
2. It is the City-s understanding that there are no comparable competitors that can provide licensing.
Service providers wishing to object to this decision should submit their response to procurement@mapleridge.ca no later than 2:00 pm, Pacific Time, April 4, 2025, presenting specific reasons for their objection. If warranted, a meeting with the parties may be called to receive presentations regarding this contract.
Firms with the required expertise, experience, resources and the proven ability to offer the same or better solution at a lower cost, will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of objections. City of Maple Ridge-s decision in this regard will be final.
