The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development, and education.

In partnership with IRC donors, International Rescue Committee invites the bidders to participate in the tender of "Non-Food Items" the book of conditions that includes an invitation to bid and instructions for the bidders, attachments, general and special conditions of the contract, etc.
