II. BACKGROUND
The 18th Contracting Squadron in Okinawa, Japan is seeking sources that can provide innovative and non-invasive spalling detection capabilities. Spalling detection in the corrosive environment of the local regions is time consuming and cost-prohibitive. The main objectives are to identify spalling faster, cheaper, and using non-invasive methods.
III. SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF INTEREST
We are looking for your innovative ways to conduct non-invasive spalling detection. For example, spalling detection using drones or AI machine learning to detect spalling. Respondees please provide your capabilities in detecting spalling using non-invasive methods.
