NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ORDER. This is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) hereby announces its intent to issue a sole source order to Noraxon USA Inc, 15770 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ, for Noraxon Ultium Motion Inertial Motion Capture System.
