Description

This notice serves as the Presolicitation Notice in accordance with FAR 5.204 The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, and the Business Size is $47.0 Million. The Product Service Code is C1EB. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. ACC AMIC/PKD, 300 Exploration Way; Hampton, Virginia, 23666 intends to issue a full and open solicitation to acquire and execute Small Scale Construction in support of U.S. NORTHCOM and U.S. SOUTHCOM.

Proposed Solicitation Number: FA4890-23-R-0050 Description: This is a new requirement being executed on behalf of NORTHCOM & SOUTHCOM and consists of 11 separate design and build projects located at nine (9) different sites: 1) Agua Prieta, Mexico, 2) Veracruz, Mexico 3) Hermosillo, Mexico, 4) San Lucas, Mexico, 5) Christ Church, Barbados, 6) Panama City, Panama, 7) Rio Negro, Colombia, 8) Tumaco, Colombia, 9) Turbo, Colombia. Each separate project will be constructed to the respective host nation building codes and is subject to the $750, 000 statutory cap IAW 10 USC 284c. Prime Contractors are also required to use a local national labor force in the country where work will be performed.
