Northern Sunrise County (“the County”) is currently seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms (“Consultant”) to provide a comprehensive review of our compensation and benefits structure in order to meet the goal of recruitment, retention, and succession planning within the County-s organizational/strategic plans. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from firms with demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis and benefits benchmarking. The selected Consultant assist the County in ensuring our HR practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with municipal and/or industry standards.
