The Contractor will support progress tracking, evaluation, and communication on the impact of the Future of Public Health (FoPH) initiative at the state and local levels. This work includes: the review and use of current tools and processes; the development of new solutions to ensure accountability for effective and efficient use of FoPH resources; and the measurement of strategic impact through performance management and progress tracking. Working in partnership with state and local FoPH Initiative Leads, objectives and key results will be identified to monitor FoPH implementation. The Contractor will lead and facilitate the development of an evaluation plan, analysis, and reports to assess the impact of the FoPH infrastructure investment on public health systems performance (e.g., capacity, expertise, increases or decreases in the availability of foundational governmental public health services, and, eventually, outcome data).
