NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCEThis Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The FWS NEVADA FISH AND WILDLIFE OFFICE intends to award a sole source purchase order to GALLAGHER NORTH AMERICA INC to furnish: G04080 Neck Band, Base Station, Subscription. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333111 with the size standard of 3, 180 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 5820.Request Specifications:Seeking to procure Virtual Livestock Tracking Collars to remotely track, manage, fence, and move livestock in a designated area using virtual boundaries. Collars should have the following specifications:1. Waterproof casing2. Self-sufficient solar powered3. Integrated RFID tag4. GPS for 24/7 animal location5. Internal audio cue guiding livestock location6. Suitable for all breeds of cattle over 200kgVendor will provide software for easy access to create virtual fences that interface with collars via remote base stations that can be easily deployed in designated areas.
