Description : Notice of Intent Quantity Surveyor Services for Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project Document Number: 004NOI23EZ Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to extend the contract with SSA Quantity Surveyors for quantity surveyor consultant services for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project. The maximum value of this contract extension will be $152, 000.00 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons: SSA QS has performed similar compliance cost consulting on several major lower mainland health care infrastructure projects. SSA Quantity Surveyors has been acting as Quantity Surveyor as part of the Owner-s Advisor team for the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project since March 2018. SSA Quantity Surveyors has established working relationships with the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment project team and campus stakeholders. SSA Quantity Surveyors has knowledge of Burnaby Hospital campus existing systems and infrastructure. SSA Quantity Surveyors is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
