The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is the Nation's federal health sciences university and is committed to excellence in military medicine and public health during peace and war. Intent to Sole-Source:
USU intends to issue an award on a sole source basis with Clarivate Analytics LLC for one (1) 12-month period for the procurement for follow-on subscription services and support to Clarivate Analytics LLC-s “Web of Science” Social Science Citation Index for USU-s Library Research Center (LRC).
Sole Source Justification
Clarivate Analytics LLC is the only responsible source that is capable of meeting the Government-s requirements to provide access to the Social Science Citation Index platform of the Web of Science subscription to support USU-s LRC. Web of Science is a platform that provides reference and citation data from academic journals, conference proceedings, and other documents in various academic disciplines.
