The requirement consists of one DEF-DC-RH-181248/2000-CH-241648/1200 DELTA-H Defender Series Dual Chamber Aerospace Heat Treating furnace sys designed specifically for military aircraft maintenance heat treating of aluminum, PH stainless, titanium, ferrous alloys. Must meet AMS2750F & TO 1-1A-9 Certified Temperature Uniformity Survey. Meets AMS2750F & TO 1-1A-9.b. Certified Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS) Work Volume: Lower Radiant Heat Chamber 2000°F 18“W x 12“H x 48” Deep.c. Meets Class 3, +/- 15°F from 1, 200°F to 2, 000°F.d. Upper Convection Heat Chamber 1200°F 24“W x 16“H x 48“Deep.e. Meets Class 1, +/- 5°F from 200°F to 1, 200°F.f. Rapid cooling capability - 1, 000°F to 250°F in 60 mins.g. Dual Bath Roll-Away Quench Tank - water and oil, for quenching up to 16 inch high parts.h. Eurotherm Nanodac controller/programmer/recorder & high limit controller - iTools Software for batch records.i. Start up with 4 days onsite qualifying/training.j. Heat treating view interface software.k. Automated Quench delay option.l. 3-year supply of thermocouples, Tus Probe set, spares, SAT thermocouples per AMS750.m.
