The USDA, Forest Service intends to sole source the purchase of two (2) Premium Biomet Sensor Packages to monitor carbon inputs and outputs (i.e., flux) to LI-COR, Inc., Sam UEI #GTDVYFYXCFF7 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - soliciting from a single source. The serial/product # for the Biomet Sensor package is 7900-119-50.
