NOTICE OF INTENTTHIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTESNaval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Watermark Insights, LLC, 10900-B Stonelake BLVD Ste. 350, Austin, TX 78759-0021. Under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for the renewal of Watermark software for Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). The required Watermark software consists of four different subscription packages:1. Faculty Success - Faculty Accomplishments (FAIRS) Subscription with Silver Package, which stores faculty data such as theses, research publications, and public curriculum vitaes (CVs).2. Curriculum Strategy Catalog (SmartCatalog), which helps manage the NPS Academic Catalog.3. Faculty Success Web Profiles, which interfaces seamlessly with FAIRS.4. Planning and Self Study (P and SS), which helps with assessments at all levels across NPS, and accreditation.In addition, subscriptions shall include the following:- Access to Insights Hub- Dedicated implementation team- 24/7 product support- Dedicated Client Success ManagerThe anticipated award date of this action is on or before 12 September 2024.The applicable NAICS code is 513210.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the software and proof as being an authorized distributor of the product.
