Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATION

In view of the two failed biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Services of a Research Company to Create the Market Brief of the Top 13 Source Markets of the Philippine Inbound Tourism Plus Domestic Market, Including Market Update Reports with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (PhP1, 757, 520.00).

The Negotiation is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
