The work will involve the demolition of an existing service centre and the construction of a new concrete block service centre on a reinforced concrete slab foundation (150 m2). The work will also involve rock blasting for the installation of new sewage holding tanks and related mechanical, electrical installations and civil/site development work There will be an optional joint site meeting for bidding contractors at 1:00 pm on June 11th, 2024 at the Service Centre site. While attendance is not mandatory, Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure a complete understanding of the scope of work and site conditions. Attendees are to confirm their attendance for the site walk by email to RFXQuestions@gov.sk.ca no later than 2:00 pm June 10, 2024. Emailed bid submissions will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, at submission@gov.sk.ca until 2:00 p.m., Saskatchewan Time, June 20th, 2024 for completion of the Service Centre Replacement at Lac La Ronge Provincial Park.
