Short description of the procurement: Tartu O. Luts. The City Library wants to obtain the self-service book rental-backing cabinets based on RFID technology (hereinafter rental cabinet) based on RFID technology, which also has the ability to read barcodes, including modulus 10 codes calculated by modulus 10 formulas. The Tartu City Library wants to get 3 outdoor computer panel rental cabinets and one extension module to the existing Arfido/Hansab cabinet. The cabinets and the extension module must be installed in the city of Tartu (at various libraries).
