• We are seeking a local occupational health clinical services provider to assist with occupational immunisation, influenza vaccine administrations and provision of clinical advice.• The provider must have sites for the provision of occupational immunisations.• The provider must be able to deliver onsite vaccine campaigns such as influenza vaccines.• Required occupational immunisations are Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus, QFever, Rabies. • Quotes to include cost of service and travel - scope to deliver immunisations on site (multiple sites - Emerald, Capella, Springsure, Blackwater and Duaringa)Mandatory requirements:AHPRA registered medical provider or registered pharmacist with onsiteclinics?Please provide statement of capability to supply accredited personnel for the provision of occupational immunisations.
