Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the contracting of the Aliene Prevention Service (hereinafter SPA), in relation to the disciplines of work medicine, safety at work, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology, for the development of the activity ofPrevention of occupational risks, the coordination of business activities and the monitoring of the health of the staff, with official or labor bond, at the service of the City Council of Salt and in any of the work centers and municipal facilities, in accordance with the provisions of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on occupational risk prevention and Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17, which approves the Regulation of Prevention Services, without prejudice to the rest of the regulations of the Social Security Law and the regulatory provisions that are.of application.
