The contractor must build, maintain, update and operate a digital platform that allows upload of ocean observation campaign plans and their subsequent visualisation, processing and extraction. Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the tender specifications) are not allowed. The Contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender. Work Programme for 2024 and 2025 - 3.4.1.03 Support activities (e.g. secretariat, online platforms, organisation of meetings) to the implementation of EU legislation and policies, including the identification and the promotion of blue investments, the exchange of best practices and development of guidance for the sustainable development of blue economy sectors such as aquaculture.
