Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick (SAC-F), intend to issue a commercial service contract to the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.§ 253(c)(5) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302- 5 entitled, “Authorized or required by statute”. The applicable statute is Public Law 109- 461: “Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006” specifically, the “Veterans First Contracting Program” outlined in 38 USC § 8127(c) on a sole source basis to Agile Vector, LLC. This procurement is to be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Business Integration and Outcome Services (BIOS). The Contractor shall provide OCEB2 OMG Certified Expert in BPM - BPM 2 Fundamental Exam Preparation Training for 20 BIOS-s Business Relationship Managers the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to meet and expand our mission requirements.

The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 with a Small Business size standard in number of employees is 1, 500.

This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes.
