Submission criteria:

Technical and financial offers must be signed and stamped by the supplier.

Submission of registration license and deduction of source certificate-A copy of a valid source discount certificate must be attached. Effect with presentation

Specifications of items can be amended based on request from REFORM.

Centralized contract of one year with possibility of extension for an additional year.
