The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified firm to provide offsite records storage services for the management of Paper Medium Records; and Non-Rotational Microform on an ‘as required- basis.The scope includes but not limited to provide record management, receipt, entry, tracking, storage, retrieval, and reporting services for the management of paper records (individual and boxed files) having transactional records movement. To include the receipt, entry, tracking, storage, and retrieval of individual media microform having low records movement.Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if required basis.
