The health insurance funds involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements for the active ingredient insulin isophane (human) (dosage form: cylinder ampoules) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V. The contract is concluded as part of the Open House Biologicals processof the health insurance companies involved:
Individual negotiations about the contents of the contract are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The cash registers involved do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting on August 1st, 2023. The contractends on July 31, 2025 at the latest, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract.
