OILY WATER REMOVAL - DSCR
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are hereby being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4703-24-Q-0062 is issued for quote.
This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements Contract with a 12-month base period of performance and four (4) 12-month option periods - No partial quotes will be accepted.
The purpose of this procurement is to remove and properly dispose of liquid, sludge and solids in various trenches, sumps and other collection points located on the installation.
This procurement consists of the vacuum pumping of six (6) oily water collection areas consisting of trenches, fuel spill buckets, and oily water separators located at Defense Supply Center Richmond. These collection areas are located at various facilities throughout the installation that require periodic pumping, testing, and removal services. Oily water and sludge must be removed and disposed, reclaimed, or recycled offsite.
This requirement will result in a firm fixed price award. The applicable NAICS Code is 52211 with a Business SizeStandard of $47, 000, 000. This solicitation is an 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Department of Labor ServiceContract Act WD #: 2015-4313 revision 25 applies.
NOTE: WITHIN TEN BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING AWARDED A PURCHASE ORDER, THE CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT TO THE PROJECT MANAGER A SITE-SPECIFIC OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PLAN. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY BE A BASIS FOR TERMINATING THE REQUIREMENT.
