OK-WICHITA MTNS WR-IRA GRAVEL PURCHASE Gravel and Surge purchase Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, OKThe intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid.On behalf of Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed Gravel and surge purchase and delivery. 500 tons delivered 6" surge. 3500 tons delivered 1.5 ¿white Limestone. There are 3 locations to deliver to on the refuge. All will be stockpiled. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 212321, Construction Sand and Gravel Mining, and the business size standard is 500. The procurement will be a small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract with a delivery within 30 days.The solicitation will be available April 12, 2024(or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of 4-26-2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.The above scope is for information only.
