The procurement concerns execution of turnkey contract OL32 Skavsta. The construction is part of the implementation of the Ostlanken program and will be carried out with an early supplier cooperation (TLS).

Project Skavsta includes approximately 35 kilometers of double-track main line (250 km/h railway), part of the secondary line, approx. 14kilometers, as well as a new travel center at Skavsta Airport. The railway alternates between going on bank, on bridge and in cutting. Great emphasis has been placed on minimizing intrusions and negative consequences in areas worthy of protection. The railway passes, among other things, on a bridge approximately 1400 meters long, which becomes one of Ostlankeven the longest bridges. To a large extent, the railway follows road E4 to minimize the infrastructure's barrier effects for people and animals.

Procurement concerns implementation of design and build contract OL32 Skavsta. The contract is part of the East Link program and will be carried out with an early contractor involvement (ECI).
