The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to select a qualified vendor to provide crane services throughout the City of Palo Alto (City). Crane support needed for City of Palo Alto Utilities Distribution System (involving installation of Transformers, Switches/Switchgear equipment, Concrete Vaults/Boxes/Slabs, Power Poles etc.)The contractor shall be California licensed and provide the City with appropriate Insurance acceptable to the City-s Risk Manager.The Vendor shall provide services as described in the scope below, supporting CPAU-s Electric Distribution on an “as needed” basis in close collaboration with City construction crews.
